Things are falling into place for the first Sun Street Breads stand at Kingfield Farmers Market on Sunday, September 27th!
I’m thrilled to be a part of this market, it’s an amazing thing to have in our hood. I’m also pleased to join the ranks of all the market bakers in the country – there are legions of insanely hard-working and talented bakers providing well-crafted loaves of breads and tasty pastries to all the savvy shoppers in their areas. I have a suspicion baking for markets is different (read “more intense”) than baking for retail or wholesale settings – I’ll let you know how that goes.
