Here we go again – this time with more bread! I’m going to have the following at Kingfield this weekend:

- Apple of my Eye Rye – I know it’s not really apple season, but this bread is just too good to wait until fall! A nice soft rye bread full of apples rehydrated with an applejack syrup and rye flakes soaked with apple cider.
- Red River Valley – semolina, roasted potatoes & flax meal
- Wright’s Walnut – buckwheat & toasted walnuts
- Hamburger Buns – I’ve worked to perfect an artisanal burger bun and I’ll have bags of 4 on hand for your BBQ! These are a light whole wheat, 30% of the overall flour is an organic partially sifted whole wheat flour which adds a nice nutty flavor without sacrificing loft or texture.
- Lemon-Poppy Cream Scones – cream scones filled with lemon cream and poppy filling
- Strawberry-Rhubarb Turnovers – sour cream crust and fresh strawberry rhubarb jam made with a little bit of cardamom
- Domino Cookies – super chocolate with white chocolate chips
